For existing properties, we can conduct a site inspection to produce a current Energy Performance Certificate that will be valid for 10 years. This certificate is required to sell or rent your property. Building Competition Testing Services Ltd. air testers are ATTMA L2 +EA accredited and our company is a member of both SITMA (The Sound Insulation Testing & Measurement Association UK) and SITRI (Sound Insulation Testing Register Ireland). All test equipment used is calibrated in compliance with UKAS standards
